Also could you do a podcast about about a naval action in the Russo-Japanese war? The ultimate action happened at Port Arthur which seems to be somewhere near Korea. But on their way from European Russia to Asian Russia the Russian fleet supposedly attacked a British fishing fleet, incorrectly thinking that they were under attack by a Japanese fleet. (This happened in the Northern Atlantic Ocean.) The over-confident Russian Fleet was destroyed at anchor shortly after its arrival at Port Arthur by a surprise Japanese attack. Oddly, the major fleet elements of both navies were not built by their native countries. - Allen via email
